WHO WE ARE
Our highly experienced team of immigration solicitors and caseworkers provide advice and representation for those navigating the immigration and asylum system.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring access to justice through legal representation. Immigration and asylum law is subject to constant change, and we understand that it can be overwhelming, and are here to support and advise vulnerable migrants.
We are accredited under the Immigration Asylum Accreditation Scheme, by the Immigration Advice Agency, and also hold a Lexcel mark of excellence.
The majority of our work is funded by legal aid (free of charge), although we also offer a fixed fee service on a range of immigration matters.

SUB-REGIONAL IMMIGRATION ADVICE SERVICES
A SERVICE FOR NON-UK NATIONALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS
The Law Centre is proud to be a referral partner for the Sub-regional Immigration Advice Services. We provide free, specialist immigration advice for people who are sleeping rough, or at risk of doing so, who need help to understand or regularise their immigration status. Through this project we support homeless migrants across seven boroughs in north-west London.
The project is funded by the Greater London Authority and an individual must be referred in by a verified referral agency to access the service. For enquiries related to SIAS please email homelessness@nklc.org.uk
Please note that we currently have limited capacity and are only taking enquiries from Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
