The fees quoted by us are fixed. They cover all correspondence, expertise and time take to complete the agreed task in particular. Further work that cannot be envisaged is quoted as a new matter.
We are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays). We can arrange to see you outside of these hours in certain cases and in exceptional cases, we will come to see you, at your home address or another agreed location.

No. You will have a dedicated caseworker who will remain responsible on your case from the beginning to end. On a rare occasion you may be helped by another experienced member.

Legal aid funding is no longer provided for Immigration applications in the UK or overseas. This is a national issue for all Legal Aid solicitors and law centres. As funding is cut we must secure alternative ways to maintain the survival of the service.
